Good morning everyone. I hope you are enjoying such a beautiful day. I want to mention that next year is election time for Pine River Association. I have served 3 years as Road Agent and next year will be 3 years as President. I feel as though through hard work, open mindedness and volunteering a large amount of my time as well as others on the board we have done well and made tons of improvements. I am willing to continue to voluntarily serve on the board if asked, but would like folks to consider other candidates for nomination for next year's election. If anyone has an interest in joining the board or being a candidate for next year's elections please email here- pineriverassociationnh@gmail.com. Acting as President or being elected as such takes a strong person with a kind demeanor who is willing to take their personal time to talk with realtors, elected town officials, state officials, lawyers and attorneys, accountants and should have a basic knowledge of managing and maintaining a website as well as email correspondence. I do hope that someone would like to consider stepping up to the plate at least as board members and believe we have made great strides among many adversities in the last few years for the association as a whole. We can continue these great strides. I thank you for your time and all the efforts combined we have done to make this association a better place. Thank you. With Sincere thoughts. Tim Henderson -President of Pine River Association-

FYI: There will be a tree service company coming in to remove trees on a few roads on Thursday 12/17. Please use extra caution while they are working. Also please let them focus on the job they are doing. Hopefully Eversource and Fairpoint will also be taking care of their lines at some point. Thank you for your patience with this matter.

Starting Monday 6/29/20 the PRA beach will be temporarily closed to swimming access for improvements. If all goes as planned it should be reopened within a few days. Thank you for your patience while this project is under way. Excited to see the results!! 😎🏖

Hey everyone,
A lot has been going on since we have had new members on the board of directors here at Pine River Association. Firstly I would like to say these positions are voluntary and benefit members of the board as equally as they do all residents.
I was asked to become president of the association shortly after Dave Boisvert became acting president after the passing of Gene Shultz (former president of PRA).
Gene did an amazing job keeping in contact with contractors etc to help keep roads maintained. Since the change in leadership we have moved forward to get us up to date of proper business handlings for our "non-profit" status. We were not previously in compliance with IRS regulations for non-profit entities. It took some time and a few meetings to navigate, but we are now in good standing. Last year for road maintenance projects we did our best to bring 30 loads of gravel and road pack to prevent another major spring issue as we had the year before. For the most part the roads seem to have been in better shape than in years past.
Last year I spent a few months of my free time to design a working website for our Association as well as an official email address. Our email address is: www.pineriverassociationnh@gmail.com.
Our website is www.pineriverassociation.net.
This year we have had a kiosk built at the Boat Launch (Right of Way) for better communication and for a free book exchange. We are also working on 2 separate projects to improve our PRA beach and to improve our PRA Boat launch (Right of Way). Funds for the beach are at 40% through donations. The total costs for the project is just under $1,000. The Boat Launch (Right of Way) project will take a bit more time to fund raise and for groundbreaking. Right now we are at approximately $1,000 funds donated specifically for the Boat Launch (Right of Way) project. The reason we are going forward the way we are is to best protect our deeded rights from public entities and the risk of becoming a public boat launch. Which could have drastic effects to the health of our pond and ultimately the values of our homes. We have been asking those who use the boat launch to donate $25 towards the Boat Launch (Right of Way) project. This is a voluntary donation. I myself have invested above and beyond what was asked both for posterity and morale. This is something we can accomplish that will benefit most everyone on the pond for years to come. I personally think we are making some great progress with our association and our beautiful lake home community. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. Happy Memorial day weekend!
Thank you for your time.

As many of you may know Pine River Association is looking for donations to repair the boat launch to better reduce costly repairs, erosion and to reduce the risk of Cyanobacteria and other invasive plant species. Within the website there are several payment options to choose from depending on your status as a member or donor. Please feel free to message for any further information. Thank you for your time, devotion to our pond and your donations.

Hey everyone! So this is a website designed to help communication as well as give options for payment of land and home assessments as well as donations for boat launch maintenance. The payment systems are not fully set up yet so please hold off for now. This website is otherwise open for business. Will be adding some more to it soon!!
